Is your school local to the Portsmouth area but not an UP for It Juniors member school?
Are you interested in bringing a small group of Year 6 to the University of Portsmouth?
Discovery Day is for a small group of up to five Year 6 children who might not consider that university is for them. It is open to local schools who are not members of our full scheme.
The full day visit consists of lots of activities designed to familiarise children with the concept of attending university, enable them to see the campus and ask our student ambassadors questions. It includes a mini graduation at the end of the day.
If you were a school who attended in 2012 we will send you details of Discovery Day 2013 in the Spring.
